Client Service Specialist

Lauren has been part of the veterinary field for about 20 years, on and off. While she stepped away from veterinary medicine for a time, she always knew in her heart that she would find her way back—and we’re so glad she did!

What Lauren enjoys most about her job is building relationships with clients and their families. She has had the privilege of watching families grow from the exciting day they bring home a new puppy all the way through their pets’ final moments. Being able to share in all of those special milestones is what makes veterinary medicine so meaningful to her.

At home, Lauren has quite the crew of her own: Buckeye the Coonhound, Branch the Bloodhound, Doug the Great Pyrenees, and Sausage the Basset Hound. And, of course, they are all very spoiled! If she could add one more to the family, her dream pet would be a Bernese Mountain Dog.

When Lauren isn't chasing after her two boys or spending time with her husband, she enjoys going to all kinds of concerts. She also spends plenty of weekends yelling at the TV while cheering on the Buckeyes and Browns—unless she's lucky enough to be at the game!
