Policies:
Payment
is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, money
orders, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and CareCredit.
Hospital policy does not permit charging your bill. We
understand that our services may be needed unexpectedly or for
improved quality of health maintenance. Therefore, we offer the
folowing two options:
CareCredit is a professional credit card for medical expenses
only that is available through our office. An application is
required and may be completed at our office or online. No interest
plans and extended payment plans are offered for extensive procedures.
Held checks are accepted under limited circumstances. Checks
must be fully completed with amount and signature and a form
must be signed in our office.
Clients are required to make a deposit of 50% of estimated costs
when hospitalization is required.
Our staff will discuss the fees prior to proceeding with a health
care plan and gladly give an estimate of the cost if requested.
Costs of ill or injured patients may vary, and estimates may
change with the status of the patient.
Referrals:
At times, an animal may require specialized care that our clinic is unable to provide. We will utilize computer and phone consultations, as well as referrals to specialists and overnight emergency hospitals, for certain situations and procedures.
